Comment on your experience of banking with us
Whilst you may of course contact us with your views in a way which suits you best we would value any comments you have on any element of our services through this site. We would particularly welcome comments on the following areas and your experience of banking with Handelsbanken.
  • The quality and clarity of any product literature or other documentation received from us in connection with our business relationship and whether you found it easy to understand?

  • The frequency and clarity of information received on an ongoing basis in connection with the products and services you receive from us?

  • If you have received advice from us in connection with a mortgage or for the purchase of an investment product, your experiences of the advice process and the explanation given to you as to why a particular product was considered suitable?

  • If you have ever expressed dissatisfaction with any of our products or services do you feel that the issue was handled quickly, fairly and reasonably? Did the person dealing with the matter for you take the time to fully understand the area of concern and explain our complaints handling process? Was your complaint resolved to your satisfaction and do you feel you are still treated in the same way following your raising the issue?

  • Any other comments regarding the fair treatment of you as a customer?
We would also welcome any suggestions you may have for improving any of our products or services; we are committed to developing our products and services to satisfy the real needs of our customers.
