Professional landlords survey

Our second Professional Landlords Survey reveals how landlords in the wider market feel about the property investment sector and what changes they are expecting to see in the next year.

The professional property investors we spoke to manage an average portfolio of 29 properties with a market value of £14m.

Key insights include:

59% of landlords are looking to increase the size of their portfolio
Of these, over half plan to diversify into new sectors
92% expect to see valuations rebound
London and South East cited as most attractive regions
The most attractive sectors over the next 12 months are commercial offices (43%) and residential flats (41%)
