"Despite being a ‘Premier’ customer with a high street bank for many years, we always found the service unresponsive and unhelpful. A colleague of mine had switched to Handelsbanken several years ago and kept saying how great they were so we thought we should try.
We couldn’t be happier – the service is phenomenal – the relationship manager is a true ‘relationship’ manager. It’s great to be able to phone up with a query and always get the same person to speak to. They have been so flexible, responsive and always accommodating since we started, and whilst I had high expectations the service received to date has massively exceeded my expectations. They demonstrate a real ‘can do’ attitude, always focusing on how can they help which is a million miles away from the ‘can’t do’ attitude of the high street banks.
