"Here at the Darlington branch, our ambition is to be the best bank in Darlington and the Dales, with customer satisfaction driving everything we do. We're passionate about getting to know our customers personally and helping to make a real difference to them, their families and their businesses. 

Having being in town since 2011, we're now lucky enough to be working with some second, and even third generations! In Darlington there's a fantastic sense of community, and we aim to be active members, being fortunate enough to support many local charities including St Theresa Hospice, Bright Red and Darlington Community Cares through various events and sponsorship.
