Having lived outside of the UK since 2017, we were faced with a real challenge when looking to return in 2020, with the intention of purchasing a property. Since day one of talking with our Account Manager, Phil Trueman, we instantly had a great feeling. Phil was personable, approachable, understanding and truly customer-focused. He took the time to understand our personal circumstances and for the first time (with any bank), we felt like we were truly valued customers.
Even since the completion of the property, Phil has always stayed in contact with us, with genuine interest to see how we are as well as to see if there is anything else that the branch can do to help us.
It goes without saying that I cannot recommend Handelsbanken highly enough to anyone.
