Once up and running we have found their service friendly, personal (we are known by virtually everyone in the branch), and always helpful and positive. A much missed “older” style of banking. We have a personal account manager who knows us, and does not rely on a computer screen for information. Both Bank and staff are a genuine pleasure to deal with.
