With Handelsbanken I have a single point of contact, my manager, with whom I can speak to about any financial matter; I have a 24 hour telephone banking customer service with whom I can speak (and I do, frequently); and I have a secure, yet easy, app and online banking system which I use in and out of normal working hours.
So what is the difference between one bank and another? For me, it is not about a fraction of a percent on the interest rate but the service the bank provide. Here Handelsbanken has been outstanding.
