As an example, I’d lost my log-on card and card reader. Much of the arrangements regarding security and re-issuing a new card we’re dealt with, with the usual Handelsbanken efficiency. I required the card reader replacement quickly but was concerned it would not arrive for a few days. The branch told me not to worry just ‘pop-in’ to the office and they will provide one. Well they did just that!! I left very happy, albeit not surprised everything went smoothly- it usually does.
