Mobile banking

If you would like to have access to securely manage your money on the go, you can find instructions within Individual Online Banking on how to register for the App. You can also control and manage which of your devices have access to mobile banking.

Getting started

  1. Contact your local branch to apply for online banking

    The branch will send you everything you need to get online: an email with your 16 digit log-on card number and instructions, a code envelope with a 12 digit registration code, and a card reader and cable.

  2. Choose your PIN

    Use the two log-on codes to choose your PIN. Once you have done this, your log-on card will be sent to you via post.

  3. Install security software on your computer

    For your security, before you can use your card reader you need to install Handelsbanken’s security software, called BankID.

    For secure, seamless access to online banking without needing to use your log-on card and card reader please download our Digital ID app.
  4. Log in

    Once you have received your log-on card in the post, you can log in to online banking, activate Digital ID and register for the mobile app.
