If you would like to have access to securely manage your money on the go, you can find instructions within Individual Online Banking on how to register for the App. You can also control and manage which of your devices have access to mobile banking.

Getting started

  1. Contact your local branch to apply for online banking

    The branch will send you everything you need to get online, including the steps to set up and receive your log-on card and QR reader.
  2. Choose your PIN

    Included in the instructions is how to choose your log-on card PIN. Once you have done this, your log-on card will be sent to you via post.
  3. Log in

    Once you have received your log-on card in the post, you can log in to online banking, activate and register for the mobile app.

  • Yes, you will need a log-on card and QR reader in order to access online banking for the first time. For your security, certain functions (such as creating a new standing order) will need you to use your log-on card and QR reader.
  • Your log-on card will be sent to you by post once you have chosen your PIN Opens in a new window. Your branch can provide you with a QR reader.

    If you have lost your log-on card or QR reader contact telephone support for a replacement.
