We can support all of our customers with general enquiries, fraud reporting, digital banking set up and lost and stolen cards; we’ve listed below the more specific services we offer for individual and corporate banking customers.

If you’re an individual banking customer we can:

  • check account balances and transactions
  • set up, amend or cancel standing orders and Direct Debits
  • set up instant transfers between Handelsbanken accounts
  • set up UK and international payments 
  • help with queries for debit and charge cards and transactions

If you’re a corporate banking customer we can:

  • check account balances and transactions
  • help with queries for the business debit card and transactions
  • stop cheques 
  • cancel standing orders and Direct Debits
