You can speak to a member of the Customer Support team Monday - Sunday, 7am - 10pm (including UK bank holidays).
Customers using internal account transfers (GBP) will see account balances updated instantly. This applies only where both accounts are Individual Banking accounts.
External transfers using Faster Payments will adjust your available balance immediately. Payments will show the actual transaction date on the customer's statement (in the transaction narrative), but any out of hours credit or debits will show a value date of the next available business day.
Corporate customers
Corporate customers should continue to contact their branch for these services.
General enquiries
Handelsbanken Customer Support is also available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for lost and stolen cards, if you believe you have been a victim of fraud, digital banking support or for general enquiries.
