Loans with sustainability built in

Sustainable thinking is at the heart of who we are. Our sustainability strategy is far reaching, and our goals are ambitious, not least in our intention to achieve net zero emissions by 2040 at the latest; a decade earlier than the UK government’s aim. With ambitions like these and new regulations likely to impact landlords, in particular, we want our customers to be equipped to deal with them.

Rewarding corporate loans with a preferential interest rate

As demand for more energy efficient property grows, coupled with changes to EPC legislation, making the right investment choice can be rewarding for everyone. We want to help you, not only fulfil your legal obligations, but also strengthen your investment by choosing a corporate loan that has sustainability built in. We’ll give you a preferential interest rate on a buy-to-let or commercial mortgage when you’re buying an energy-efficient property, so you can benefit from a reduced rate, whilst also reducing your emissions.
