Since switching our personal accounts to Handelsbanken we can’t praise the bank and the team enough. This is personal banking at its best. There is always someone knowledgeable to speak to if ever you do need a question answered and this is where it’s at its finest; as you get to speak to the right person who deals with your query or request immediately and provides outstanding customer care. Nothing is too much trouble or too small a problem.

In addition, the on line banking couldn't be easier to use, with simple procedures and most importantly we can clearly see that strong security measures are in place. Especially the secured method of sending emails saving time and enabling us to make changes to our accounts without too much fuss. It is a refreshing change from all the problems associated with modern banking; such as call centres and animated answering systems!
