If you need to report a fraud or suspected fraudulent activity, it’s important that you act quickly. You can reach us in a number of ways.

Stay alert
Fraudsters can spoof our telephone number to make you believe it's us calling. Please remember that we'll never direct you to look at this page as proof that we're calling you.
Lost or stolen cards
If your card details have been compromised or you have lost your card, we can stop them immediately.

If you receive an email appearing to come from Handelsbanken requesting personal information, don't reply, call our fraud and security team:
