You'll take part in a structured 10 week summer programme, covering everything from how our bank operates to developing commercial awareness and innovative thinking. 

Working initially alongside our branch colleagues and central teams, you'll quickly take on your own responsibilities, always within a supportive and inclusive environment.

• This is a fully paid internship.
• You should be able to commit to the programme which runs during the summer holiday period. Unfortunately, we’re not able to support any travel or relocation costs for the duration of the internship, so please consider this when you apply.
