Ranked top for customer satisfaction

According to an independent survey of British banks’ personal and business customers, conducted by EPSI Rating Group, Handelsbanken was rated top for customer satisfaction for the seventeenth year running

At Handelsbanken, we aim to provide our customers with the best possible service. Based on the valuable feedback we receive, we constantly work to improve on the products and services we offer.

To help us to achieve this, we monitor our performance over time and against our competitors. One of the ways we do this is by participating in an independent survey of British bank customers’ satisfaction, delivered by EPSI Rating Group*. For the seventeenth year in a row we're pleased to learn that again we have the most satisfied customers in Britain, both for individual and corporate banking.
