You can speak directly to your branch team between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, or you can email.

Call our telephone team between 7am and 10pm, any day of the week for:

  • Everyday banking requests 
  • Lost or stolen cards 
  • Fraud concerns
  • Digital banking support

You’ll always speak to a person and we won’t keep you waiting. We aim to answer your call in under a minute.

We have a reduced service between 10pm and 7am, every day. The out-of-hours team can help with general enquiries and lost and stolen cards; we’ll deal with any other requests or queries, within 24 hours of your call.

Handelsbanken Corporate MultiPay card

We partner with Lloyds Bank to provide the MulitPay card. If you have any queries, it will be the Lloyds team who will answer your call.
